What is hardi®?
hardi works by placing subtle pressure on the veins that draw blood away from the penis to help you stay harder, longer — without the unwanted side effects of ED medication.
How do I use hardi?
Place hardi at the base of your penis, either by sliding on from the tip or from the side. Ensure the opening is facing downward. hardi should be able to be removed at any time (hard or soft), if hardi is too tight or too loose, contact us for a new size!
When should I put hardi on?
hardi can be put on when you are soft or hard and can be incorporated into your normal sexual habits. We recommend trying out hardi on your own first, just to get a feel for how it works.
How long can I wear hardi?
We recommend using your hardi in 30 minute increments.
How do I keep hardi clean?
Splash with warm H2O and then lather up with a non-abrasive, antibacterial soap. Say no to harsh chemicals like bleach or chlorine. Once cleaned, let your device chill and air dry or give it a pat down with a clean towel.

What if it doesn't fit?
If your hardi doesn't feel quite right just reach out. Let us know if it's too tight or too loose and we'll get you a new one at no cost!
How should it feel?
Your device should fit snugly but not uncomfortably, like a cozy hug. You should notice increased vascularity, but you shouldn't experience any uncomfortable sensations.
What if I can't get hardi to fit even after a new size?
We'll keep sending you new hardi's until you find the right fit, or you can take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. Just contact us for any and all help!

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the US, and are looking to expand further in the near future!
How long will it take?
Each of our hardi's are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production. as soon as we've shipped your hardi via USPS you will receive a notification.
How does the subscription work?
Every 3 months we will replace your device so it remains clean and hygienic. Your account will be charged every 3 months and your device will ship 5-7 business after the renewal.
How do I modify or cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to your account at any time to manage your subscription plan. You will be able to defer your shipment update payment information, change delivery address and check status of current deliveries. You will also be able to cancel at any time within this interface.
